Move 6.4 kieserver modules into 6.4 repositories

      The os.kieserver.* modules in jboss-kie-modules are only used in the 6.4 Decision Server and Process Server images. Thus, they should get moved out of that repository, and into the jboss-kieserver-6-openshift-image repository, and versioned there.

      Additionally, there are feature tests that should get moved out of jboss-kie-modules and into jboss-decisionserver-6-openshift-image and jboss-processserver-6-openshift-image.
