• Replace "Env" by "Environment variable"
• Group the kie server image and the kie build image Kind, name and namespace and set kind + name as mandatory.
• Default Kind is set to ImageStreamTag
• Convert to object 0..1 the Build configuration, making the KIE Server container deployment and git URI + reference mandatory
• Disable "Add new X" button when max is reached
• Disable "Delete last X" button when min is reached
• When max is 1 use "Set X" and "Remove X" instead

These changes will prevent some CRD validation issues and improve the user interaction with some optional fields
