org.appformer.m2repo.url points to not existing http route

    Description

      Business central system property "org.appformer.m2repo.url" points to not existing http route. It is caused by expectation that environment variable WORKBENCH_ROUTE_NAME points to HTTP route [1]. However for majority of Operator deployments only HTTPS routes are available.
