We should be using:

• cct_module: sprint-35 (frozen branch)
• jboss-eap-7-image: EAP_721_CR3 (tag)
• jboss-eap-modules: EAP_722_OPENJDK11_CR1 (tag)

Note that the "EAP_722..." tag above is usable by EAP 7.2.1, and we need it because of the fixes incorporated by CLOUD-3219.
