The operator console lacks of a confirmation page that upon deployment request shows the result or the error.
The footer needs to change based on the sketches provided by UXD.

The "Deploy" button will only be displayed in the Confirmation page and will replace the "Next" button usually displayed.

The "Finish" button will replace where the "Deploy" button is currently displayed and will bring the user (if the form is valid) to the Confirmation page. This button will be of type "secondary".
