Add ability to specify DB type for deployment in CR. We need at least 3 options to start, as we have them in templates:

postgres (current)
mysql
externaldb (anything pre-existing)

this should go under the new servers options

maybe use a new config folder for db object configs, under configs/ folder... which would be loaded via packr and could be merged accordingly... based on chosen db
