Custom resource kieapp_rhpam_production-immutable.yaml creates Kie server, database and Monitoring console.

Should the Monitoring console be created? Templates for this scenario define just Kie server and database. If so, in default configuration the Monitoring console doesn't see any deployed containers, even when they are available in Kie server. For example when using kieapp_rhpam_authoring.yaml I can see created container in Workbench.

Also when I select the Kie server in Monitoring console (Execution servers perspective/click on Kie server listed in Remote servers) I get error message listed in attachment.
