With CLOUD-2911, MAVEN_MIRROR_URL is now usable for all EAP-based images and deployments - not just KIE Server + S2I.
Exposing this parameter in the RHDM and RHPAM authoring templates would allow users to specify their own mirror - even one in their intranet (thus providing support for RHPAM-1780).
