Recent changes added authentication in kite to post and query issues and even perform health check. Due this feature run kite locally is not working following the current documentation. This tasks aims to update how to run kite locally.

There are two options:

1. Update Kite code to ignore authentication while running from compose.yaml
2. Update Readme to use kite development deployment files in a local cluster
