The "Latest Konflux Releases" component should:

• show color-coded status of the latest production build, test or release
  • Green - everything OK. Yellow - Warning. Red - Failure. Gray - no data.
• user can click at rollout icon to see where the failure happened
• after clicking at the name or the row, user will be forwarded to the latest build, test or release
