in the namespace-selector, add the open/closed lock icon before the namespace name. Open if the namespace is public, Closed if the namespace is private.

Namespace visibility can be retrieved from the annotation virtual.konflux-ci.dev/visibility. To be foolproof, if the annotation is not present no icon will be displayed.
