One of the ideas that was brought up was to create a Bridge Operator that teams can "plug into". This bridge operator will watch resources on the cluster and then interact with the KITE API to automatically create and resolve issues.

This epic will investigate the feasibility of this idea.

End Goal:

• Have a working POC of this bridge operator idea
  • For the example controller we should track Tekton pipelines
• We should also aim to build this on Konflux and have it releasable in the infra-deployments repository.
