The releases.appstudio.openshift.io/auto-release label on ReleasePlanAdmissions has been replaced with releases.appstudio.openshift.io/block-releases. The meaning is also swapped: auto-release:true = block-releases:false and auto-release:false = block-releases:true

The UI should be updated for this since it shows whether or not the ReleasePlanAdmission is set to auto-release.

Notes:

• The auto-release label on ReleasePlans is unchanged
• If the auto-release label still exists on a ReleasePlanAdmission, it has no functionality. It can be completely ignored
