release pipelinerun list reports something went wrong at the first time

      The bug is 100% reproduce. The reproduce step is that: visit to https://konflux-ui.apps.stone-prod-p02.hjvn.p1.openshiftapps.com/ns/rhpm-tenant/applications/rhpm-0-5-fbc-v4-19/releases/rhpm-0-5-stage-fbc-v4-19gm9ft/pipelineruns at the first time then the error page would be shown and the exact error is reported by the line 166 'applicationName: releasePlan.spec.application' of PipelineRunListRow.tsx.
      More it is quite interesting that reloading the page , the error would be gone and can visit the exact pipelinerun well, however, navigate back to list page, the error is shown again.
      So i consider the bug should be fixed soon. (edited)
