We need to create a dashboard in grafana able to display Konflux UI pod's availability. For this story we can use the following metrics:

• kube_deployment_status_replicas_available (actual amount of pods)
• kube_deployment_spec_replicas (target amount of pods)

Please take a look at this signal, the idea is to have a dashboard for it.

Once the dashboard was created please export the json config of the dashboard and upload it to o11y repository; you can find more information about this process here.
