Description
As a user of RHTAP, I would like to see confirmation that image was signed and the attestation was generated for a build PipelineRun in order to catch issues early when this does not happen.

In order to achieve this via the HAC UI, marking the build pipelineRun that doesn't have the "chains.tekton.dev/signed": "true" annotation with a warning (or similar) sign would do the job of bringing the information across to the users.

• The build pipelineRun that doesn't have the "chains.tekton.dev/signed" annotation is marked in the UI
