One of the benefits of running EC checks as an IntegrationTestScenario is that it provides an early signal for the releasability of an artifact. These release actions are often planned to be targeted at specific ReleaseStrategies and by extension specific Enterprise Contract policies referenced.

As a user, I would like to always have my integration test configured to use the latest policy reference so that I can keep up to date with any changes without having to manually replicate these changes in my own policy fork.
