This ticket is asking for enhacment for Cpaas and HB to have WEBUI interface to help the product on-board porduct/Version (the weubui will still genrate yaml file)

If Cpaas/HB are self service, that should be simple as much as we can, we can take example for Comet, users are not filling up yaml/json files, that are using the Web UI for that, all the fields and options are available to the users 
in the WebUI. Of Course we are having API {? Pyxis), tools that can do more than that, but this WEBUI keeps having that tool simple for users/developers. 
I think this could work for CPaaS/HB too, by using a WebUI it will produce all the yaml file be sent as MR, but it will make it much more simple for use, also a good advantage for that it will keep from the developers of Cpaas/HB add some ad-hoc fixes/ enhancement to the HB
