When a user is using a test pipeline for an IntegrationTestScenario, and it makes use of a secret that does not exist, there is no way for the user to diagnose what the problem is.

Only once you navigate to the Openshift console and examine the Events, can you see:

MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume "varnish-6-mvp-pull" : secret "varnish-6-mvp-pull" not found

Should all events be exposed for PipelineRun like the openshift Console does?
