Update "Compatibility with OpenShift" (aka Support Matrix) for 1.12:

• Mention the platform names supported in Bare Metal (intel, AMD, IBM Z) and GPU on BM (e.g., NVIDIA or AMD (in case they come up with one) etc)
• We should also include the sandboxed containers (Kata only with no TEE/CoCo) status as well (e.g., GA in Bare Metal, Public Cloud, GPU etc)

[Avital] We might want to rename this module since it covers more topics than OpenShift compatibility.
