Goal 

Implement NVIDIA NRAS based attestation workflow that integrates with Red Hat build of Trustee for the coco with GPU on bare metal feature

Why this matters

Trustee based remote attestation is an integral part of confidential containers paradigm. NRAS enables NVIDIA native attestation via Red Hat's Trustee mechanism to fulfill this critical requirement. Also, from a customer and NVIDIA as partner perspective, NRAS enablement may be desired as the primary choice of attestation

Acceptance Criteria

(1) Implement and create internal documentation of Trustee setup for NRAS enablement for both connected and air-gapped scenario
(2) Implement and create internal documentation of details on reference measurements to be used for verification
