Run a confidential container with the sample initdata.toml file in the documentation.

Steps to reproduce

<What actions did you take to hit the bug?>
1. Install confidential containers as per the documentation.
2. Create the initdata for a pod as described here https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_sandboxed_containers/1.11/html/deploying_confidential_containers/deploying-cc_metal-cc#creating-initdata_metal-cc
3. Apply the created initdata to a pod definition

4 Create the pod

Expected result

The pod enters a running state

Actual result

The pod remains in creating container state.
