CAA's peerpod-ctrl is used to delete dangling resources, it is essential it will manage to delete the resources also when workload identity is used rather than traditional secret credentials .

This intention in this story is to verify it works and create the relevant tasks if isn't.

How to verify?
1. Setup workload identity cluster with OSC installed and configured
2. create peer-pod
3. delete CAA pod after creation
4. delete the peer-pod
5. make sure no VM is still running and no peerpod object exist (oc get peerpod)c
