Goal

Currently there are two approaches to implement NVIDIA GPU attestation, as described here: https://github.com/confidential-containers/trustee/blob/main/deps/verifier/src/nvidia/README.md

This spike will investigate both options, identify technical feasibility, bottlenecks and potential solutions to be considered for release 1.12

Why this matters?

As there are two different options - one NVIDIA native and the other from CoCo upstream project, we need to assess the possibilities considered business and technical factors of influence, before identifying the best path to consider in this release. 

Acceptance Criteria 

The outcome of this spike will be a technically validated feasibility assessment report with potential solutions and the details (architecture, workflow, policies) of the best option to be considered for this release.
