Description

The OSC 1.11 documentation for GCP asks user to manually create a bootc based container image and use it to build the podvm image, this is wrong workflow as PODVM_IMAGE_URI is automatically set to a prebuilt image by default.
Following the above, the step for creating the peer-pods image cm is also not needed.

Starting 1.10 the GCP instructions should count on automatic image creation like the other providers.
