Goal

Define and document which versions of all components (Kata, CoCo, Trustee, OCP, RHCOS) are compatible and should be used together for OSC 1.12. Time-bound outcome to investigate, list and freeze/finalize the baseline versions of relevant components for OSC 1.12 release. 

Why it matters

Finalizing the component versions early on in the release cycle would give greater clarity for release management to build apporpirate packages and developer & test teams to utilize those packages to fulfill the feature requirements. This document will be internal team focused and will include both downstream versions and their upstream inclusions.

Acceptance Criteria

The outcome of this investigation will be a version management document that will be live and a working document for inputs from the team to finalize the versions of all relevant components required by all features in scope for release 1.12.
