Time-bound outcome to test feature parity between Go and Rust implementations

Why this matters

Kata containers upstream project is transitioning from Go as its primary programming language to Rust. This could have potential impact on the features and capabilities supported by the Rust version. So, testing feature parity between Go and Rust versions of Kata components would help identify any gaps to be addressed early on to prevent impact on our releases.

Acceptance Critera

List out all the possible gaps in features and capabilities in the Rust version that are essential/mandatory for our primary features:

• Confidential Containers on Bare Metal 
• Confidential Containers on Azure
• Confidential Containers with GPU on Bare Metal
