NB: the platform manifests are stored in the PCCS database but it's not backed up by default. In this release, cluster admins are expected to do that. Cluster admins can define on which

cluster node PCCS is run (control plane node by default). The database file is made available on that node in a host path storage (`/var/cache/pccs/`) for easy backups. In case the database is lost, new platform manifests must be requested from BIOS by toggling `SGX Factory Reset` setting in BIOS.
