1. Update product compatibility section in docs.
2. Docs repo: Update version numbers in common-attributes.adoc.
3. RN repo: Create new branch.
4. RN repo: Update .gitlab-ci.yml so sync script runs on correct branches.
5. RN repo: Clean up tickets.yaml.
6. RN repo: Add new RNs to tickets.yaml
7. Create RNs. (guidelines. need to update confluence page)
8. Review RNs in Google doc.
9. Pantheon: Set up titles.
10. Pantheon: Set up splash page and categories.
11. Pantheon: Publish docs.
