Goal

Remove all references to operator-sdk and clean up deprecated code/documentation.

Acceptance Criteria

• Remove all references to operator-sdk from documentation
• Clean up any commented-out operator-sdk code
• Archive baseline bundle outputs for future reference
• Update PR templates if they reference bundle generation
• Remove operator-sdk from any dependency lists
• Clean up Makefile comments
