Goal

Replace operator-sdk bundle validate ./bundle with OPM-based validation commands.

Acceptance Criteria

• Replace operator-sdk bundle validate with OPM validation commands
• All existing validation checks still pass
• Document any differences in validation output or behavior
• Verify scorecard functionality is maintained or replaced
• Test validation catches same issues as operator-sdk
• Update Makefile if validation is part of bundle target

Deliverables

• Working OPM-based bundle validation
• Documentation of validation differences (if any)
• Test results showing validation works correctly
