We made a decision for 1.10 to remove UI procedures for Operators, secrets, config maps, CRs, etc., because of the maintenance effort.

After discussion with Marcos Entenza Garcia, we agreed to restore the Operator UI installation procedure for OSC and Trustee Operators.

I recommend that the UI procedure be the main "Operator installation" procedure, with the CLI offset by one level as long as the header levels are not more than level 3 (DITA migration requirement).
