Goal

We will add kata/kata-cc runtimeclass assisted installer.  The goal of this story is in setting osc operator to support and enable kata/kata-cc in AI(assisted installer)

Why this matters?

The customer can install osc operator and kata/kata-cc runtimeclass via Assisted Installer, enhancing user experience.

Scenarios

1. Setting osc operator to supported from Tech-preview.
2. Add NFD operator to AI
3. Add kata runtimeclass to AI
4. Add kata-cc runimeclass to AI
5. Add corresponding CI test cases

Acceptance Criteria 

The ability of user to use assisted installer UI to install kata/kata-cc enabled.
