Update "CoCo" guide with procedures for installing on bare metal.

Scope (must be confirmed with SME)

• User installs OSC Operator. Use existing procedure module.
• User sets "deploymentMode" parameter in osc-feature-gates config map. Values: MachineConfig, DaemonSet, DaemonSetFallback. New procedure module.
  • Use cases described in KATA-3962. (concept module required)
• Operator automatically detects OCP version. Must be 4.19 or later.
• Operator automatically detects TEE (SNP/TDX) by checking (Node Feature Discovery) NFD labels.
  • Likely need to add installing NFD Operator and adding labels to the prerequisites. Add links to 'additional resources'
  • Probably best to link to OCP docs for Operator install, while documenting the labels in a NodeFeatureRule CR example. (Create nodefeaturerule.yaml, run oc apply). New procedure module.
