For every test, we log

OCP version, provider, testrun values, subscription values, kataconfig values

We should log the catalog image from the catsrc of OSC (& trustee)

oc get catsrc -n subscription.catalogSourceNamespace subscription.catalogSourceName -o=jsonpath={.spec.image} 

For trustee, it's trusteeSubscription instead of subscription.  If the catalogSourceName == redhat-operators, you will get something like registry.redhat.io/redhat/redhat-operator-index:v4.19
