Epic Goal

• DCAP, PCCS, QGS container images must be built via Konflux pipelines

Why is this important?

• All release builds must be using Konflux

Acceptance Criteria

1. DCAP, PCCS and QGS container images are built via Konflux

Additional context:

• Current DCAP packages are not part of RHEL and it's pulled from Intel. This could be an issue when doing hermitic builds in Konflux. Any exceptions needs to be planned in advance
