Description

OSC is not listed on operatorhub - OpenShift marketplace on s390x clusters. but we are able to deploy OSC 1.10 via CLI. At the same time, trustee operator is visible on UI.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to a s390x based OCP cluster
2. Search for OSC operator

Expected result

OSC to be listed

Actual result

OSC is not listed

Impact

Customers unable to deploy OSC via GUI.

4.17 clusters are showing the previous OSC versions (attached screenshot) but not 1.10
