When checking out OSC images in Red Hat Catalog, we see the 1.10 there. But for some reason the latest-tag hasn't been updated.

We want, for all OSC images, that the latest tag points to latest release, in this case 1.10 (or 1.10.1 once we release a new update for 1.10)
