As a user, I want to consume the 1.10 OSC release with Health Index A.
Every time a new CVE in fixed in OpenShift, Red Hat calculates a Health Index to all product images, reflecting the quality and 'freshness' of its content and gives a score from A to E
'A' images means that all the CVEs that were already fixed in the base layers are present in that release.
Right now with OSC some images have Health Index B, given some important CVE fixes that were introduced in the base images but not included in our release. We need to update our images and make sure we're using the latest components.
