As a backup plan, we want to know if current kata-containers 3.17 doesn't break older versions of Sandboxed Containers 1.9 in all supported OCP Versions.

If it doesn't break anything, we want to be able to release those RPM earlier so it doesn't delay the release of the container images.

If it breaks anything (most like CoCo test), we want to know what it breaks to make an informed decision on how to move forward.

As definition of Done: we want to have the information of which areas of OSC 1.9 breaks with the 3.17 RPM for all supported OCP versions. Starting with 4.19 as the most important one, followed by 4.18 and then the others.
