      Description

      This section here https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_sandboxed_containers/1.9/html/user_guide/deploying-osc-on-azure#configuring-outbound-connections_azure applies to ARO too. Otherwise the pod won't be able to connect with Trustee.

      Steps to reproduce

      Create ARO CoCo cluster, don't setup the NAT gateway and see how an hello world fails

      Expected result

      the CoCo pod should work

      Actual result

      the CVM is created, the pod is connected with OSC but it fails to connect with Trustee

      Impact

      Unable to use ARO

      Env

      ARO, OSC 1.9.0, Trustee 0.3.0
