      Acceptance Criteria

      1. All pod vm image config files must use RHEL 9.6 for all providers - AWS, Azure, GCP, Libvirt uses RHEL 9.6
      2. Ability to successfully create a regular (peer) pod with the RHEL 9.6 based pod VM image
      3. Ability to successfully create a CoCo (peer) pod with the RHEL 9.6 based pod VM image
