Our fork in midstream was moved to the HEAD of the main branch when we prepared the builds, because CoCo 0.12.0 was not release upstream yet.
Now that it is, we need to make sure we are based on the right tag.
For guest-component, the version used with CoCo 0.12 is tagged 0.11.0
