Trustee operator deploys several containers, built from different repositories.
All the repositories are available under the openshift org in github.

The repositories are:
1) trustee
2) trustee-operator
3) trustee-fbc

We need to trigger the staging and prod releases for the following konflux applications:

• trustee
• trustee-fbc
• trustee-fbc-15
• trustee-fbc-17
• trustee-fbc-18
