This is a follow-up from https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KATA-3535

In order to build with konflux, we decided to create forks of our upstreams under the openshift org.

This is the same build model used by trustee. The way it was done by trustee was tracked here: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KATA-3006

For our operator, we need to create three forks:

• kata-containers (github.com/kata-containers/kata-containers.git)
• cloud-api-adaptor (github.com/confidential-containers/cloud-api-adaptor)
• guest-components (github.com/confidential-containers/guest-components)
   
  The process is documented on the source
  We will need to use this form to ask for each repository creation.

Some notes:

• github team should be sandboxed-containers-engineering (read access) and sandboxed-containers-engineering-maintainers (write access)
• we need to find which "staff engineer" can approve our requests (see the list )
