Automation is run with workloadToTest = coco in osc-config

trusteeURL is default or passed in on external trustee that is configured per internal docs https://osc.pages.redhat.com/documentation/next/deploying/operators/trustee/verifying to allow everything

In g.BeforeEach()

• installs kbs-client pod
• runs kbs-client to trusteeUrl to get encrypted kbsres1/key1
• turns off testrun checked if fails so all tests stop

Also collapse all trustee in g.BeforeEach() into a function
