Epic Goal

Ability for users to choose PodVM images of their choice while bringing up the workload using image annotation.

Why is this important?

With multiple podvm support, various versions of PodVM images can be used at the same time.

Scenarios

Cluster administrator able to upload multiple podvm images which can be used by the users.

Acceptance Criteria

All the required upstream PRs are merged.
Required upstream versions of kata and CAA is taken downstream.
Testing and ensuring that the multiple podvm usecase works as expected.
Required documentation changes for adding this feature.
