Description

The folder https://github.com/openshift/trustee/tree/main/attestation-service/verifier/src/se doesn't contain the file se_parse_hdr.py, required for the attestation verification in IBM SE. The same file is also missing from upstream tag v0.9.0. The idea is to verify if the attestation works with this change downstream and then report the fix upstream as well.
