For each 4 midstream repositories:

https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/osc/midstream/experimental/sandboxed-containers-operator

https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/osc/midstream/experimental/kata-containers

Create a branch for each midstream for the upstream release version using  https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pAPyL_ykqWg51f6DLFIGlDoufeQPdbSvC1erTy8ZlhI/edit?usp=sharing as a reference.  The midstream branch should match the upstream release name, eg kata-containers 3.7.0.

Then make the content in that branch match the upstream release plus the vendors needed, including the cherry-picks in the upstream releases.
