We need two acks. I think one needs to be from Prodsec (rhn-engineering-pmatouse could it be you?) to ack it because I'm making changes under constraints/ose-osc.yaml

The changes I make there are inspired by cnv-fbc configuration but I arrived at the current form indepentently by just fixing all the CI errors until it passed. 

Still I don't know if those changes follow best practices or have another problem. We'll need help from the Konflux team to double check this.
